In the 2022 China International Law of the Sea Moot Court Competition, Hong’ao was appointed oralist to defend for the Kingdom of Ellis and the Republic of Futuna concerning the issue 3 and issue 4. Our team won the second runner-up, and I was honored to receive the highest score from GAO Zhiguo, China’s former judge in the ITLOS (International Tribunal for the Law Of the Sea).
